Evaluation

 Evaluation

1. In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
- In our film we show two teenage boys being mischievous by bunking school and losing their phone. this is also shown in the back to the future opening.
- We also have modern music which would attract to our target audience, this can also be shown in the back to the future opening.
-We show how old they are by mentioning school and how they have missed it, showing their age. This is also shown in the back to the future opening.
-We do not however show modern clothes as they do in back to the future, as the young boy wears modern clothes from the time, we however have smart casual clothes.

2. How does your media product represent particular social groups?
-Our media product represents teenage boys as being mischievous by bunking school and losing their phone, this can be seen as a stereotype for teenage boys when they are out of school.
-Our product also represents teenage girls as being having more self respect than what other films portray them as.
-It also portrays teenage boys wanting to get with other girls their age and are desperate to get with those girls.
-We also represent that not all teenagers are the stereotype that everyone thinks they are, we done this by having one character the opposite of what people might think.
